Updated on the 27th of July, 2010 by Webnet

With Starcraft 2 being released today worldwide the if you experience problems be sure to send any crash reports to Blizzard. At the Blizzard offices it's all hands on deck to quickly resolve any issues you're having. The key places to be aware of are the Technical Support forums, the Bug Report forums, the Known Bugs list, and of course our very own forums.

Troubleshooting

My Starcraft 2 client is not recognizing the CD Key attached to my Battle.net account, what do I do?
This is a synchronization problem and can be solved by resetting your Battle.net account password.

If you have any issues you find the problem to, post them in the comments so people can find them easier.

For those that aren't getting into game for the next few days.... rest assured we'll get to avoid some of the problems players will be experiencing today... so we kind of have an advantage :)

Yeah I got the game loaded, downloaded the update and went to play online with my brother only to discover that for whatever reason I could not download the map when you select multiplayer. Being a windows machine, I rebooted my box.... no luck, next I ensured my firewall was off and then turned off all anti-virus/spam/ anything that I had and still no luck. It gives me the error can't download at this time, please try again later.... very frustrating....
