We've updated the Gamer-Source network with updates primarily effecting the forums and member profiles. We've put more of an emphasis on usability in multiple areas of the site and we hope you enjoy the new features. We've highlighted some of the changes below, but you can view the full list in the development blog.

• We’ve added 3 new bbcode features to the forums. For detailed usage of these tags, when replying to or creating a thread, look for the “BBCode” link
• We have optimized our forums to reduce database load by up to 74% in some cases. This optimization will put our forums back into beta as there were so many core changes to the system. You should also see the forums loading much faster.
• The General tab now contains a “Screenshots of me” gallery where you can view all the screenshots you’ve been tagged in
• In our last update we introduced member notification preferences, most of which appear to have been broken which has now been resolved. We believe to have resolved these issues with these updates. All emails sent which have a notification preference now have a footer in the email linking you to your notification preferences page making it easier to manage your email preferences
