The founders of the Terran nation were in essence criminals who were sent away from Earth. Amongst them were some of the most hardened criminals, mentally incapable of being lawful. Unable to reintegrate society, they were sent off to the Torus system to be trained as Reapers. These 'raiders' excel at hit and run tactics and are extremely efficient in crippling the enemy's economy by using their jet packs to move up and down cliffs, thus entering through backdoors and taking out resource-gatherers. As they lack proper firepower to eliminate tougher foes, they are armed with explosive charges which they can launch at any target and wait for it to blow up. This technique will work particularly well prior to assaulting defenses to weaken them.
