The pinnacle of Terran technology shows off as the Starbase makes its introduction. Upgraded from a Starport, a Starbase can construct under any circumstances – even while in transit. This ability would prove more than useful as Starbases will save a lot of space, and can construct vessels while on the move, making it extremely good for assaulting bases as armies would be deployed directly on the enemy’s doorstep, or capable of fending off invaders while retreating.
